Mission statement To help bring Education to the DOORS OF EVERYONE in the community especially, the rural areas and the less privileges by providing Educational Center through quality Education and to equip them to be skillful and productive. Vision Being at our current place (Sarpeiman) we are hoping to enrich hands to children from 6 months and above to train them in education. Aims 1. That children will know God and will remain in good moral life 2. To be responsible and caring 3. To unearth the talented ones Objectives 1. To train at least 45 students annually 2. Every child in this home should have ability and capability to at least score a minimum of 50% in any competitive exams or test conducted by the school or its affiliates bodies or agents 3. Also to sensitize or make aware of parents and community what education is entails by organizing educational seminars for all. Strategies 1. Employ quality and experience teachers with at least 3 years experience in the teaching field 2. Create Modern Library: Stock with books in current academic issues for both teachers and students 3. Creation of good learning environment and able to exchange programmes that will enable to make use of materials in and around them (exchange of course programs both home and beyond Ghana ) 4. Continuous Training of Teachers through Workshop, Teachers Educational Seminars, Refresher Courses both Local and Foreign Countries. 5. Provide a conducive avenue for teaching and learning environment 6. Creating a very good policies to govern the school Financial provision Since there are needy children (handicap) finances is very important and to enjoy financial security, the administration also should involve well considered budgeting material provision (whatever material should be used, should have a good return) Example children practical work produces for usage. A foundation FUND WILL BE launch with good purpose Needs 1. PLOT projects needs support from all. Temporal structure to House Pre-School, a two plot. We already have three plot of land housing temporary class one to four uncompleted. 2. We need Energy: Electricity, Water, Communication lines or computer lab with internet facility. 3. We need and overhead tank and water pump 4. Teaching material: we also need material to assist us in our Science and Agricultural Laboratory (microscope, books and practical handouts or instruments to help in our teaching ) We also need financial support for our poor and needy children from all walks of life to help them. You can donate or help sponsor a child. Currently, thirty – eight (38) children need help in the school that needs sponsors or help from you.
